About Me

About Adrienne

Adrienne, who earned her ACCA grades a decade ago, has also qualified as an FCCA. She is not only passionate about financial planning but has also dedicated herself to assisting over 1000 clients in attaining their financial freedom. However, she firmly believes that good health is equally essential. Without it, we cannot fully savor the benefits of wealth. Consequently, she decided to pursue a course in nutrition, embarking on a journey to help clients achieve optimal health. she believes in eating healthy with enough protein to lose weight. 

Moreover, starting in 2018, she initiated her spiritual awakening journey, which she seamlessly integrates into her practice. This spiritual awakening enables her to incorporate emotional healing into her approach, facilitating her clients' well-being not just in terms of short term slimming but long term health.

Philosophy of Health

I've observed that many people are adopting extreme diets, spending significant amounts of money, but ultimately experiencing rebound effects. Their body weight cannot be sustained in the long term. However, I firmly believe that slimming efforts should not be solely aimed at short-term satisfaction. Instead, the focus should be on longevity and the prevention of potential illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.

Therefore, my goal is to cultivate a culture of healthy eating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Persistently adhering to a healthy lifestyle to sustain an optimal body shape for the sake of our health is far more important than engaging in short-term slimming programs.
